Kadhakali, krishnanattam, theyyam, thira etc are the cultural dance forms of Kerala. In that Kathakali is the most important and well known to the world. It is the traditional dance form which relates to the storytelling. Kathakali translates to its 'storyteller' in the country's language. Coming from the Southern region of the country from God’s own Kerala, Kathakali is one of the most renowned and religious dances forms which from the from the tales of Ramayana, Mahabharatham and Shiva stories.
